Next 6 Cities to Receive a Microsoft Store in 2013

Microsoft has officially announced the news about the upcoming Microsoft stores. Microsoft plans to locate their new Microsoft stores in 6 cities. All the 6 new stores will start in 2013 and Microsoft has not announced the specific date details. Already Microsoft has started 51 retail and specialty stores in the US and Canada. These new 6 retail locations will help to expand Microsoft’s products and services.

What You will Lose When You Upgrade Your PC to Windows 8 From Different Windows Versions

Nowadays Windows 8 is the hot topic among the operating system. Daily huge amount of the Windows lovers are upgrading their PC to Windows 8 OS. From windows 7
If you are upgrading your PC from Windows 7, there is no problem. All the personal files, apps and all the Windows settings will automatically get transferred to Windows 8 OS.

From Vista
If you are upgrading your PC from Vista, only Windows Settings and your Personal file will get transfer. And all the installed apps will never get transferred to Windows 8. You have to re-install the particular apps manually.

From XP

Microsoft Changes Its Logo After 25 Years

Now Microsoft has changed its corporate logo into new design. Microsoft will use this new logo for the first time after 25 years. New logo has been designed more colorful than old logo. Microsoft has introduced the new logo on 23rd of Aug 2012, during the opening of the 23rd Microsoft store in Boston.



The new logo is designed with multi-colored squares and its similar to previous italic styled logo.
