After the installation completes, close the Real Player main window.

Now go to youtube.com and click play button on your favorite video.

After that, Right Click anywhere on the video file while playing, and select Download This Video to RealPlayer

That's all, now a download box will appear and your favorite video will get downloaded automatically.
